Flight Simulator Tour There is a guided tour of the Operator Performance Laboratory's flight simulator on Thursday evening. All conference registrants are eligible to attend.

Friday Tours

Both "Participant" and "Presenter" attendees may choose to attend two tour sessions of simulator facilities on the University of Iowa campus. When signing up to attend the conference, please state your preference for times of both a Campus Tour and a NADS Tour.

The first tour (noted as the "Campus Tour"), includes a visit to the HANK Bike Simulator, the Cognitive Systems Lab, and SIREN simulators.

The second tour (noted as the "NADS Tour") will involve a tour of the National Advanced Driving Simulator, complete with demonstrations of the NADS-1, NADS-2, and NADS MiniSim simulators.

The tour schedule for Friday is as follows:


Please select your first and second choices for each tour. We will do our best to accomodate your choices, but we due to space constraints we cannot guarantee you will get your first choice.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing to the host committee office no later than five business days prior to beginning of the program. The request must include the company FEID number or attendee’s social security number. An administrative fee of 25% of total registration fees will be deducted. Minimum administrative fee is $25. Refund requests received after deadline will not be honored. A substitute may attend the program in your place. If you do not attend the program and do not submit a refund request, the University will retain all fees.
