For 20 years, the National Advanced Driving Simulator at the University of Iowa has been committed to improving safety by researching the connection between drivers, motor vehicles, and road users. Research conducted in our simulators, with our on-road vehicles, and as a part of our Automated Vehicle Proving Grounds is helping to transform the future of driving.
We invite you to celebrate the past 20 years and join us as we look forward to the future of our center and driving research at the UI! On this page you’ll find activities to participate in, calendars of our upcoming events, and links to our partners. As we near the end of summer, we’ll post more on our upcoming open houses and various events we’re hosting to celebrate this milestone.
As always, be sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for all the latest happenings!
