Abstract: | The Global Data Dictionary (GDD) is a communication software architecture designed to facilitate the networking of simulation resources such as high-speed computing, operator-in-the-loop simulators, control resources, and visualization resources. The tools described in this document allow the user to remotely access these resources with minimal effort. By creating a specification file (.gdd file) and running the parser (gddGen), the programmer can eliminate most of the details normally associated with network programming. |
